I was trying to decide which product to use between these two. Mousse it is!

They are a scam. I had a little different experience. The shipping was not bad but I ordered 24 inch braiding hair from them and they sent me 18 inch hair. I tried emailing them and calling them to get it corrected. I could not get any type of response from them. Thank God that I paid with PayPal! I filed a claim with PayPal and told them to just give me a refund and I would send the hair back to them. PayPal was able to get in touch with them and they sent an address for me ship the hair in order to get my refund. Why did they give me and PayPal a bogus address!? UPS made several attempts to deliver the hair and finally said that the business had been closed down. Long story short, ups returned the hair to me because i do not have a legitimate address to send it to and since i ordered through PayPal, I was able to get my money back. If i had not paid through PayPal, they would have continued to ignore me and I would not have been able to get my refund. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Well I ordered the hair and it TANGLED something terrible. I will NOT be ordering again and would not advise anyone else to order it.

I'm glad I watched your video before I purchased hair from this company. I had just joined their members page on What'sApp and had gotten a coupon to purchase. I would've been upset, because I don't support companies who do this type of stuff. I will support honesty and integrity ONLY! ESPECIALLY when it comes to shipping! Do NOT have me checking my emails for updates when you KNOW it's useless! lol Glad you got your refund, and so happy you let us know what we might be contending with. Thank you so much for all you do! I am an AVID crochet girl, and have been for over 25 years! I don't play about my hair or my money. I think a broader audience generally prefers travel vlogs that aren't talkative and more POV. I am not a fan of talking constantly and having the camera face to face 24/7. I never get the full picture of a place compared to scenic and quiet vlog.

Ordered on 8/11/24. Part of my order (human hair 16 inch crochet) finally has been shipped. Still waiting on my 14 inch to ship. They won't be around...or they will need to use a third party to sell their products.

I had a terrible experience with them. The hair was trash as well. I ordered the bulk hair 22 inches for a twist style. It took forever to arrive and when it arrived, it was a hot mess. I ordered it after seeing another creator demonstrating it. The hair was piece milled together and hard to work with. They were really rude when I contacted them. I did not get a refund. I’m still fuming to this day. Buyers beware. The hair is trash. 22 inches was 4 inch pieces, 8 inch pieces…all kind of pieces. It is not a true 22 inches. The bulk hair is not good.

No they are still the same. I purchased but had shippmemt issues. They told me that they had to color the hair. I was able to have money returned after many emails. Thank you for sharing your experience as a customer.
